Itinerary

Day 1 Delhi to Shimla

Our Trip to Winter Spiti Valley will start from Delhi. We will board vehicle at Majnu Ka Tilla by evening.
Shimla is almost 350 km away from Delhi and it will take 9 to 10 hours. Your overnight journey would be in vehicle. By next day morning you will reach Shimla.

Day 2 Drive from Shimla to Chitkul

We will reach Shimla by Morning. Start our onwards journey to Magical Winter Spiti Expedition.
Drive through Kufri, Narkanda along the Indi-Tibetan Highway en route to Chitkul & reach Chitkul by Evening. Overnight Stay at Chitkul/Sangla.

Day 3 Drive from Chitkul to Nako/Tabo

By Morning after Breakfast, we will start our journey to Tabo.
The destination is around 210 Km from Chitkul/Sangla and would take almost 6 hours. En route, we will cross through
Khab Bridge, 360 view of mountain ranges. Visit to India’s last village (Chitkul).
Visit to India’s last Dhaba (Hindustan dhaba) reach Tabo & Overnight stay at Tabo.

Day 4 Nako/Tabo to Kaza

Today, we will drive to Kaza, which is around 70 km away from Tabo. By Morning after Breakfast we will start our journey to Kaza. We will cover
the major attraction like -Tabo monastery, Dhankar monastery, Lingti Waterfall though this journey. We will reach to Kaza by Evening.

Day 5 Kaza Sightseeing

Today, we will explore the magnificent beauty of Kaza.
We will visit Langza, Komic & Hikkim. Langza is famous for Buddha Statue and Fossils.
Komic is the world’s highest motorable village. Hikkim is famous for world’s highest post office. After this return back to your stay, here you can explore local Deckets. Over-night stay at Kaza.

Day 6 Kaza Exploration

Today we will explore more Kaza. Key Monastery is perfect treat to ice the way its located in Cascade manner over the hills. After Key Monastery we will going to visit Kibber, which is famous for snow leopards.

Day 7 Drive from Kaza to Kalpa

Today, we will start our return journey to Kalpa at morning after breakfast. Passing through all the amazing places we visited Gue monastery. After that we wil be heading towards Kalpa, treat our eyes with Kinner Kailash range. We will reach Kalpa by evening & check into your

Day 8 Drive from Kalpa to Shimla | Depart For Delhi

After having breakfast in Kalpa, We will depart for Shimla, we will reach Shimla by evening.
Afterwards board vehicle by evening & overnight journey to Delhi.

Day 9 Reach Delhi

By morning reach Delhi. This is where we will come to the end of this beautiful and memorable road trip.

Transportation: AC Semi-Sleeper Bus (Delhi to Shimla & back) and Force Traveler/Cab at all other times.

6 Nights Accommodation on Sharing Basis: Hotel (Sarahan & Kalpa), Hotel/Homestays (Sangla, Tabo & Kaza).

12 Meals: Sarahan (Breakfast+Dinner), Sangla (Breakfast+Dinner), Tabo (Breakfast+Dinner), Kaza (2 Dinners+2 Breakfasts), Kalpa (Breakfast+Dinner), starting from Dinner on Day 1 to Breakfast on Day 7.

Exclusions

₹400 per person local 4x4 vehicle fee for Chandratal (mandatory as per local authority regulations).

Any extra meals and stay arrangements apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions as per the itinerary.

Travel Insurance, items of a personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc.

Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities or tickets, unless quoted in Inclusions.

Cost of snow-chained or 4*4 Vehicle if needed due to heavy snowfall.

Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity, weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control.

Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.

Things To Pack

Good quality rucksack (preferably 50-60 liters) with rain-cover & a small day bag pack or trolley bag is recommended, since you’ll be changing multiple accommodations during the entire trip.

A pair of shoes (mainly sports) with good grip & waterproof, atleast 2 pairs of socks & floaters/sandals/slippers.

Heavy down jacket, light fleece, long track/cargo pants, long/short sleeves T-shirts, body thermal wears (as per season), sun cap/hat, woolen cap & gloves (as per season), hoodie, raincoats/ponchos.

Personal care items like cold cream & moisturiser, sunscreen (preferably SPF40), lip balm, sanitary pads, toothpaste & other toiletries, wet wipes, hand sanitizer, insect repellent, body spray.

Personal medication (as prescribed by the doctor) & first-aid, sprain relief spray, diamox, glucose powder, tablets for headache, fever, diarrhea, motion sickness, dettol & cotton/bandages.

Personal documents & ID's like aadhar card, drivers license, passport or any other valid Government ID proofs, needed while applying for inner line permit.

Sunglasses, charger, power bank, quick dry towel, adequate amount of cash, quick snacks/dry fruits/energy bars, trash & waterproof laundry bags, re-usable water bottle.
